Oven is 6 years old and now has a clicking sound that occurs every 1 to 2 minutes. Clicks even after being unplugged. Internet search showed that a capacitor is shorting out.

Did not work for long!

Did not last long. Very disappointed that the microwave just stopped working. Think it’s the magnetron. Not worth the repair cost. Brought it with the fridge and oven…think I I’ll replace with another manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

no way to fix it

fail very fast in less than 3 years
4 appointments to get repair but there's no way to keep it working, I need to replace it.

It’s okay

This microwave was good for a while. We bought it 4 years ago and it just decided to stop heating food recently. Probably won’t replace it with another Samsung because I feel like 4 years is far too short of an amount of time for a microwave that gets used maybe a small handful of times a week to just stop working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First 5 years good, then.....

5 years then it died (does not heat anymore). Everything else works and no its not in demo mode. Service costs out weighed the cost of replacement. I realize the magnetron has a 10 yr warranty but I dont feel like spending $200-400 on a service call to gamble thats its the 10yr warranty item that has failed. Customer service was ok but not great. They offered the same troubleshooting steps that I has already found on line and performed.
Then they tried to sell me a new one over the phone, says it a promotional deal. WHile I am looking at the same model at a local store online cheaper.

Great while it lasted, lasted less than 4 years. My parents have had their microwave for over 15 years. Will replace with a difference brand.

Make humming sound and blow away the fuse
