We really like the porcelain inside too. No scratches, easy to clean. No more stains that you can't remove either!

The first microwave delivered to our home was damaged, but the re-ordered one was delivered within 3 days and it has worked fine. We are still getting used to some of the features and cooking times, but we're overall very satisfied with the product.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, nice selection of automatic cooking times, strong vent

We bought our microwave oven mid January. Oven looks nice, runs quietly and has all the features we use. In less than 60 days it quit doing anything. We had no functions except a "hot" electrical outlet. After contacting Samsung, we received a prompt service order and a tech was sent to fix what ended up being a bad thermometer. Hard to believe that one part controls all functions. It's fixed but now the timer won't register over 3 digits (for instance, 9:99 is as high as it goes) no matter what you punch in. Haven't decided what to do yet as our other microwave oven's timer works perfectly so we use it. Also find the feature buttons are hard to push. Not sure we would purchase this product again and have our fingers crossed it will continue to function as expected.
Pros: prompt warranty service
Cons: unreliable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please note that it isn't unusual to have to press the buttons firmly, since a light touch might result in the unit being turned on inadvertently. However, you could mention this to the Support Team, as well, for their insight into whether yours is functioning as it should.

Love my new microwave

Nice size, ceramic interior unique, looks more high-end and easy to clean. Shelf is useful, fan is powerful works very well, first time auto cook on a microwave ever really did the job. Popcorn is perfect. Light bulb went out but Samsung sent someone right away to repair it, they took care of it all.

purchased this when replacing a 17yr old (functioning) microwave. Bought Samsung to match the fridge we bought last year. Also checked consumer reports before buying. chose this Samsung model as it had more useable space than some of the larger ones.
works great, no issues.
Pros: Bright display, sleek style no grill on front
