Great looking and loads of new features

Like the preset cooking options and the smart sensor feature works great. The light and fan buttons however are a little confusing

The overall rating is good, however, the design needs a little change. For instance, the slightest touch of the rack on inside of microwave causes it to fall. The hooks that's holds it in place needs to hold the rack in place better. Also, the contrast of the letters on outside keys needs to be darker, because the light grey color is hard to see and even harder to read in light or dark.
Pros: Durable, Inexpensive
Cons: rack falls easily and hard to read words on keys
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not like the fact that you cannot run timer at same time cooking. Also, light is not very strong.

The kitchen timer does not start or stop cooking functions. You cannot set or change the timer if a time-based function is operating (i.e., Time bake) or if Sabbath Mode is enabled. Refer to this link for your reference: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088062/.
Make sure as well that the light setting on your microwave is selected. Refer to the user manual on page 10: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202001/20200123151031862/2017.12.14_ME18H704SFB_S_W_AA_AC_EN-CFR.pdf.

The quick reference guide on the inside of the door is super convenient for whatever you want to do. Love the sensor cooking to reheat anything perfectly.
