Replacement Microwave

Bought the Microwave on 12/12/16 thru retailer online. Received the microwave today, 12/19/16. Installation was a snap. This oven is replacing a 16 year old convection/microwave and although the old oven was only a 1.1 cut, this new 1.8 cu ft installed in the same space. The mounting bracket was different and I had to drill different holes, no problem. Plugged it in and everything works. This matches our Samsung stove which we bought in April at local retailer. We love the oven and I am certain the microwave will be just as wonderful. We have faith in your products.

So far i love how this microwave has an eco setting. Anytime I can save some power to lower my bills great news for me. I have not been able to test it completely but so far love the pizza setting and the melting setting. Melted the butter without boiling it. The pizza crust was not rock hard after taking out of the microwave. I can say microwaves have come a long way. Love this product so far.
Pros: Inexpensive, eco setting

I chose this model over the range micro wave because it is the same brand as my stove and it match's as if I bout it at the same time. I really love the look and the ease of using it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive
Cons: the tray doesn't fit properly

I like the look of this microwave. It heats the food up faster than the one I replaced. What I do not like is the glass turntable is a bit tricky to put on the little tab to hold it. Also, at the end of the cooking cycle after I open the door it makes a high pitch sound, not very loud and it goes away quickly. I hope it is not an issue in the future and just part of the cooking cycle.
Pros: looks nice, heats fast
Cons: turn table is tricky to install, makes a high pitch humming sound after cooking

it done really good so far it is almost one year the buttons are easy to use the only thing it does not have minute cooking buttons the over the cook top light keeps burning out

Microwave is a great product, only thing we don't like about it is the spinning Glass tray falls off track way too easy. Other than that it's a great microwave.

I like that the above range light in located in the front, as it is easy to see while cooking. The interior rack will be useful when heating multiple things at the same time. It does not heat as quickly as I expected that it would.
