We recently purchased this model to replace an existing microwave that no longer worked. We were very impressed with the different cooking options available and also love the rack in the center that makes it easier to cook/reheat multiple items at one time.

Ruggedly built. Good fit and finish.
Buttons not easy to press. Having a small mound at the button would help.
+30 sec button should be single action. There should be no need to hit START after that.

I purchased a total of 5 appliances made by Samsung the same day and 3 out of the 5 have had issues i have never been more disappointed in all of my life. I would never recommend any of their products again. The microwave tray is joke......it want stay on the part that is suppose to hold it. Lets not talk about the washer recall.........................
Pros: heats very good
Cons: the tray doesnt work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. It's not the experience we want you to have with one of our products, and we'll be glad to look for other options for you.
If the turntable rotates improperly, make sure you have not put too much food on the turntable. If the food is too large or heavy, the turntable may operate improperly per checking.
You may check page 24 of the user manual for troubleshooting steps to try if you have problems with your Samsung microwave.

Very elegant/sleek design

I replaced a different manufacture's microwave that died. This is a much better replacement. The installation was simple as I was able to use my existing wall bracket!!! It really looks good installed and complements my stainless refrigerator. Love the blue led.
