I love everything about this microwave so far, it heats well, I love the ceramic inside, and the sleek black and stainless steel outside, I enjoy Samsung products and hope to be able to continue putting Samsung products in my home!

I would have given an all 5 star rating, but, the keypad doesn't have the Auto Cook feature on 1 through 6 like my previous microwave. Other than that, I love it!

The microwave is great but one thing I do not like is the selection panel does not light up and I need to put on a kitchen light to see what I wish to select SELECTION PANEL NEEDS BE IMPROVED. .

Great Features and style / color are great

This Microwave Hood Combination is great with features I had not thought of. It has the Eco Mode that reduces standby power until I'm ready to use it! It also has a 2-level cooking rack! The style and color adds to the style of my kitchen!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, exceeds ny expectations

Hoping this Samsung microwave last longer than our last one. We had our previous model for about five years. It worked fine until I came home one day and the display showed error "SE" . I tried to clear it and the front of the microwave was warm. I opened the door and the inside of the microwave was hot - almost too hot to touch. Did a little research and discovered that the SE error is for a short in the control board. There have been reports of units turning themselves on - I'm pretty sure that is what ours must have done.
I was hesitant to purchase another Samsung microwave after that incident, but we wanted one to match our existing range. We'll see how this one works. Hopefully they have fixed the problem and this one doesn't burn our house down.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Not high def, Poor quality, i wish it were a high def microwave...lol
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
