I bought this microwave 1.5 years back. It worked fine but suddenly it started tripping the breaker. Now if I plug it on, the breaker trips. I called an electrician and he says the line is ok and the microwave is drawing more current.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An E11 code means open gas sensor error.

Two issues. 1) my door is not in line with my control panel. Its about 1/16 inch off and is noticeable. 2) the interior rack will not stay seated in the clips that hold it up. The rack falls to the bottom.

I purchased frig, range, dishwasher and this microwave for my kitchen that I had remodeled. I am very pleased with all but this microwave. It started cutting off early just after the one year warranty expired. Upon looking at Consumer Reports, the problem is apparently systemic. I hated to write this as much as I am enjoying my other purchases.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this microwave as a package deal. It warms food fast but the display/control panel is peeling. It was installed this March 2018, in 3 months the panel start peeling off. I guess I need to call and get it replaced..

Hey Jan! Please make sure that the clear plastic film has been taken out. This plastic covers the control panel to avoid any physical damage. If you haven't removed this plastic, please peel it away. ^Rafael

Less than 3 years old and started to run on it's own. Heard a buzzing sound and the microwave cover inside melted and was smoking . If I had been asleep and this happened, it would have caught fire. Would recommend recall

I bought this microwave about two months ago, along with a Samsung Slide-In Range. I find the buttons do not respond on first touch and it requires me to push them harder to work; when the microwave is in use, the ventilation system power is cut in half over my range - only goes up to 2 on a 1 to 4 scale; I cannot operate the minute timer when the microwave is in use, so I use the timer on the range; I miss that if you touch a number on the keypad without using "time" it will automatically run on high for that number of minutes - like on my old microwave; the keypad is black and not illuminated to use at night without the kitchen lights on to see it; there needs to be a button to turn the turntable off when I don't want it to turn; food is not cooking completely in the middle like it should. I'm not impressed. Unfortunately, there are no other 1.8 size microwaves with better features with Samsung.
