Not a good buy

after 20 months the door would not latch. luckily we have the 5-year warranty. the turntable does not sit on its center point, so slips and does not rotate. the top filter is very difficult to remove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this comes with a rack , which is great when heating two meals at a time. the outside and inside surface cleans easy. the cooking sensor is perfect for pizza, popcorn and bake potatoes.

bought our brand new microwave home had it mounted and everything plugged it in and nothing worked. tried different plugs that we knew was working and nothing had to take it back and get a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the microwave was ok when it worked. i though i wouldn't miss the add 1 minute or 30 sec buttons from other manufacturers, but i did. after 8 months the microwave died will cooking potatoes.

after a couple of years, the microwave, stopped working. i have had it repaired three times. presently, it sits inoperable because now the touch panel stopped working. i am very disappointed.
