Not a good buy

after 20 months the door would not latch. luckily we have the 5-year warranty. the turntable does not sit on its center point, so slips and does not rotate. the top filter is very difficult to remove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought our brand new microwave home had it mounted and everything plugged it in and nothing worked. tried different plugs that we knew was working and nothing had to take it back and get a new one.

after a couple of years, the microwave, stopped working. i have had it repaired three times. presently, it sits inoperable because now the touch panel stopped working. i am very disappointed.
