samsung microwave replaced an old one that lasted for more than 10 years but this one stopped working in less than 1 year. sooooo disappointed, don’t waste your money.

Very poor quality

i’ve owned two of these microwaves. they both failed at around 13 months old. one them required a repair after only 2 months. very low quality product with a life span of about a year.

bought a complete samsung package for the kitchen. every single item has an issue or has stopped working completely and it has been less than 3 years. the microwave stills runs but no longer heats anything up. useless and cheaper to replace it than fix it.

Very Disappointed and Dissatisfied

i purchased this microwave in november 2018 and it barely lasted a year. it broke after 16 months. microwave started to gave off a burning chemical smell when used. i had to unplug in fear of fire. i was planning to redo the kitchen with samsung appliances but must rethink now. i would not recommend this item.

Poor quality is costing you loyal customers

during a 8 minute cooking cycle, this unit became extremely hot on its top right side, and went completely dead. i unplugged, allowed it to cool down, plugged it in again 2 hours later, to see it now had a functioning display. today, my son attempted to heat a bowl and encountered a loud humming noise coming from the unit and opened it. he pushed the start button again and now was met with a sizzle noise and arcing which left it completely dead. i’m worried about a fire! i’ve long been a fan of samsung and have 7 tv’s, 2 bluray units, and an entire kitchen of samsung devices, however after issues with a dishwasher, a stove twice, two tvs, and now a microwave. so, after seeing so many concurring reviews of failure and poor quality, i’m done!

Breaks within two years - don’t waste your money

unless you have a personal appliance repair person, don’t purchase this microwave. the door is made of cheap plastic and thus breaks quite easily. my favorite time it broke was right before a birthday gathering. i love explaining to people why there is tape on my microwave. thanks a lot samsung. if apple made a microwave, you know i’d buy it.

Worked great for 18 months then died

it worked fine for about 18 months, now it won't power on at all. warranty is expired and they wont cover repair. don't waste your money on something that wont even last you 2 years.
