Cool features good price

Only have had 41 days and the microwave has broken. Very very loud and smells burned. Would not buy again, not even sure I would want it if they fixed it. Very sad Samsung.
Pros: none
Cons: Poor quality, 41 days and it broke
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Love this product as you can do so much more with it !! It's quite, Has stainless steel hinges which I like !! The right size for my Hubby & I, & easy to clean !!

We love the looks and features of this new microwave! Did our research and couldn't find any reason not to buy it. Still learning exactly how to use all of the features (micro-grilling, etc.) but the results so far have been good. Our biggest hesitation was: could we get used to the door opening downward? We adapted quickly and don't even think about it now, however the reach for cleaning is a tad more difficult. Very satisfied with the product thus far.
