Very loud, runs most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited to get these units. After the installers left I found that one of the drawers wouldn't slide all the way out. The store I bought them from said Electrolux requires the owner to call for repair. I called and Electrolux is sending a new part that I'll have to figure out how to install. The worst part is how loud the freezer is. It is about as loud as my dishwasher and seems to run most of the time. It is horrible. We couldn't even tell when our 11 yearold Samsung was running. Should have kept it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great freezer. Has many different compartments to store things efficiently and easily. Automatic ice make that continually makes ice and doesn't take up too much room. I love this freezer and am very happy. I also love the fact if I leave the freezer door open by accident, after a few minutes you will hear a beeping sound to alarm you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and all refrigerator for our new house. Works good after being installed for a month. One of the bottom drawers doesn't stay secured on one side. Hopefully, this will be fixed under warranty - just haven't had time to request service yet.
