Focal point of new kitchen - love the space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this freezer along with the matching refrigerator and trim kit, with the idea that it would become the focal point of our new kitchen remodel. So happy we did!
There is tons of space this freezer, and we appreciate that you can easily see all of the frozen food. No more mystery sacks lost behind the giant carrot bag!
One note, the freezer seems to seal the door shut after closing, so you won't be able to open it right away after closing. That takes getting used to, but I actually appreciate the feature. Noise is not an issue. We miss the in-door ice/water dispenser. A water filter for the ice maker would be a nice addition for later models.
Buy with confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into an 11-year old house with original Frigidaire appliances. The no-freezer fridge died a month after moving in. We were very concerned that we would not find something to fit the space of the old fridge/freezer combo. Although the size changed, so we had to replace both the freezer and the fridge, the news ones fit with the trim. We actually like the look and function of the news ones better than the old model. Lot's of space and nice built-in look for the price. Also like having the large matching freezer as we store a lot of meat and produce. We hope the new one will last longer than 11 years. Only complaint is the location of the icemaker - hard to reach and use on the top left shelf of the freezer.

Only complaint is that the ice maker does not have an auto shut off. So once the bucket is filled w/ ice you have to turn the ice maker off

A lot of space inside.

It is everything I wanted with room to go, not to mention how beautiful the pair of them are.
