Nice unit, but too loud

In this day and age there's really no excuse for how loud this freezer is. Listing sys it has a quiet pkg. I'm guessing that has to do with the compressor. This is not a compressor noise or anything else its the fan. It sounds almost like a microwave it is that loud. We were originally hoping to have this in a cubby that we had built off the hallway, but this unit has no business being anywhere close to a living space. Unless we can find a solution it's going to have to go in the basement which is a total waste of a nice stainless appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed custome NO ICE or Water Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Freezer was installed in a new house we purchased. Did not realize it did not have ice or water dispenser. Could be a nice freezer if it had ice and water dispenser. Really disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My biggest complaint is no ice and water in the door. Product integrity is jeopardized by every time the door is opened. The dispenser would help reduce jeopardizing my food.
