[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use genuine HP ink due to issues from after market the one time we tried it. These XL cartridges seem to last us for about 2 years. They usually works flawlessly. They are just extremely expensive, prohibitively expensive if you are say a college student. My wife and I agree that running a small business the cost of the dependability that this cartridge is worth the cost.
