The product is excellent, been using same for the last at least 15 years. However, I am missing the "no-charge, overnight delivery" I always used for all these years. When I'm right in the middle of an important job I have to get out and my printer suddenly tells me my ink is low, I always immediately ordered and received the replacement I needed via "no-charge, overnight delivery" and never missed a deadline. Please, bring the overnight delivery back. Thank you.

Most people by an ink cartridge, to replace the one that ran out of ink, for the lowest price they can find. And while most people can't see a difference in the ink quality from one manufacturer to another, the smarts are in the ink cartridge. Each little microscopic ink droplet is governed by the cartridge's interpretation of the input given to it. HP ink is the only way to go. I use the XL series for the largest number of print pages per cartridge.

this is the second time I have tried to purchase ink cartridges for my hp officejet pro printer, selecting the ink cartridges noted by the user manual. Both times I have tried to install these cartridges, I get an error message, saying that these cartridges are NOT used by my model. You can't imagine how frustrating this is. So, right now, I don't have a working HP printer.
