The ink cartridges that I bought look the same as my old ink cartridges, they will not install into my printer. I am not happy about this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am terribly sorry you had this problem. I can understand if you are disappointed.
If the cartridges are the same number as your previous ones (including the number after the Z), they must be defective. There are step-by-step instructions for completing the return and exchange process is covered at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
The cartridge won't work because it is for a different region. I need help from a live person to change the region of my printer from Latin America to the US.
