I bought Ink from your company because my printer insisted. Made the purchase and my printer doesn't recognize it as a full cartridge. Back where I started and out a significant amount of money over buying generic.

I bought this print cartridge, installed it, and now my HP printer does not work at all. Also checking out when buying cartridges is diffiCult. You have to find the grocery cart icon hiding in the upper right corner to check out.
