HORRIBLE! Lasted 6 weeks

This toothbrush has fancy bells and whistles. The problem with that is there are more things to go wrong. There is a sensor that slows the vibration and a red light flashes until you brush lighter. After about 6 weeks, mine started blinking red constantly, even when I wasn't even touching any part of my mouth. I tried checking for firm connections, taking the brush head off and replacing it, and cleaning the connection. It is just worse now and pretty much brushes at a constant lower speed. Don't waste your money!

This Product Performance not as expected

The product claimed to be made in Germany but surprising which it does not last long, The smart guide malfunction within the 2 year guarantee period lucky I get a replacement while the main body dead after 2 and a half year. Meanwhile the after sales services does not operate as what I expect and can not provide the repairing services after the guarantee period. A bit disappointed on MADE IN GERMANY product from Braun/ Oral B, Or basically there are some design defect in this product

How do I change the brush head?

Good but LOUD

I like just about everything regarding this toothbrush. My primary complaint is that it is LOUD. I'm using the brush head that comes with it so the sound is not related to an inferior brush head. I don't know what the issue is. If I can't fix it, I will return it. My partner should not be awakened by the sound of my toothbrush being used in the next room. Other than the sound, I think it is a little too expensive. I would give higher ratings if the price was lower. I recommend getting another oral b toothbrush but try to find out if its loud before making your purchase.

Battery can last a week or more

Excellent cleaning machine!
Four stars because for me, Bluetooth and App are impractical & unnecessary.
I turned off Bluetooth from the handle and I get longer battery life.

Won’t charge anymore

Ive had this toothbrush for less than a year and it has stopped charging. This the third one I have purchased. I’m going to look for a different toothbrush. Shame as it worked well when it charges

Raising the bar

I have been using the oral B 7000 for about a month and I have to say I couldn't be more happy with the results. The different brush heads allow you to be your own little at home dentist and really hit all the problem areas. The gum messager is amazing and my teeth are noticeably whiter since using this brush. The timer helps give you great feed back on how you are doing while brushing and ensuring you are giving your teeth the proper time. I have never felt so strongly about a tooth brush, but this is one that every one must own. Our dental health should always be a top concern and this brush really does address every issue. It is well worth the money and will out perform any other toothbrush I guarantee you that.

Misleading about capability of smart app

The toothbrush cleans well but was pretty disappointed that the website page for the 7000 series strongly implies that the toothbrush keeps track of how you brush certain areas of your mouth. Be aware that is not the case, this brush only records brush times and if you brush to hard. The app and Bluetooth feature is pretty useless honestly without the tracking your brushing areas. I would of paid the extra to get one with the brush area tracking if their website was accurately portraying product features.
