Does not clean

The dishes fall over on each other. The lower rack does not clean the dishes even after being rinsed off before loading. I would much rather have a cheap dishwasher instead of having to deal with the headache every time using this one!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

Seven of out of the 14 months that I have owned this dishwasher is has been broken.. My current service call is for a replacement waterwall bar (it moves across the bottom of the dishwasher). The original replacement part took 6 weeks to ship and then arrived broken.. Waiting for new part.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher does not work

I purchased this dishwasher over 60 days ago. I ran about 5 times and is still sitting in my kitchen not operating. When it did work it didn't even clean that well, I was highly disappointed. There is NO WAY this product cleans dishes like it is advertised to do.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drying issues

This product does not dry at all well. It seems like it takes a lot of time and effort to manage the drying cycle. I have requested a technician look at it. Let's see what happens.

Silent wash

Very quiet, nice display. Didn't really understand waterfall technology until late the first wash. Works well with baby bottles.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, silent

It's Quiet

The dishwasher is so quiet the only way you will know it is working is when you see the lights on the front. It does an excellent job cleaning dishes, as good as commercial machines. If you are looking for a home unit that works as well as commercial dishwashers and is quiet then this is the unit you want.
