Weak Wi-Fi Reception

High price for a smart tv. Wi-Fi reception is poor - unable to stream videos from Hulu. Performed a speed test with both tv vs a Fire tablet and tv barely made it to 1 Mbps compared to 11 Mbps on the Fire at same location. I had to connect my Roku to the tv to stream Hulu. Speakers are substandard - volume is weak and highs and lows are undiscernible. I would not recommend this tv.

Does not clean dishes

I liked the design and it is quiet. I don’t like that when I open to load it, I always seem to hit the start button on the touchscreen. The middle rack sticks in the back and glasses fall over from pulling on it every time I add more glasses. Dishes on the bottom rack fall over when I pull it out to add. I’ve never had this kind of issue with a dishwasher. Most importantly, many times dishes don’t come out clean even using the longest cycle. Dishwasher always has a terrible smell. Not worth the money. I had an old dishwasher when I moved in and it did a much better job. I have the washer/dryer and they have been great!
Pros: appearance, digital display on front
Cons: Did not meet expectations, dirty dishes

Not the product quality I was hoping for

This product has troubled me for the last month. The first install had to be replaced because the installer ran a full test cycle with all the packing material still inside which was sucked down into the system. The second install had a failed door latch. And now the third machine installed has had a door latch failure again.
The other comments here on the poor drying and the reduced load space are right on target.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

DW80H9930US Doesn't Cut It

Less then 4 months old and it's already stopped working twice. When working, performs at a high level, however, it's not worth the trouble. Waiting now on a repair schedule for the 3rd different visit from warranty support.
It collects water in the basin and will not pump out. There is no emergency drain.
Pros: super quiet, cleans very well
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, already replaced control board, stopped draining, 3rd time needing warranty service

We have been pleased with the dishwasher once the issue with the door staying closed was determined & fixed.
Pros: waterwall
Cons: door latch design

A definite lemon

The only good things about this model are that it is quiet (when it runs) and the third rack with lift-off mat. These are some of the issues we have encountered:
- latch doesn't stay well
- it leaks out the front door
- rack tines are too small and not well positioned
- touch controls are way too sensitive
- a normal run takes 3 hours! (way too long)
- it doesn't dry well, if at all
I sell appliances for a major big box store and I will not recommend this dishwasher to prospective customers. I am ready to buy something else and lose the investment I have in this model.

Lasted less than 2 months.....

Purchased this dishwasher less than 2 months ago and "LE" error code is being displayed. Waiting for it to be repaired. Until then we are doing dishes by hand and using it as a drying rack. Do your homework and see for yourself. Huge regret purchasing this dishwasher.
