Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used my new dishwasher for a month now. It is great. I really put it through testing too. It actually CLEANS even stuck on melted cheese and dried up mashed potatoes and oatmeal !!!! The filter is so easy to reach and easy to clean. I just can't say enough good things about this dishwasher !!!! We are a family of 6, youngest is 9 years old, thus I have a lot of dishes and pans on a daily basis - and some days I run the dishwasher twice. Since we don't have to "prewash" / rinse anything, plus we can put all the pans in this dishwasher eliminating hand washing, we are using a lot less water and our water bill is a lot lower ! Glad I purchased this one. Lots of features for the price !

Like this dishwasher but....

Like this dishwasher however it does not dry dishes. I can not figure out what I can do to make it dry them. I like all other features of the dishwasher but the drying portion. My old dishwasher dried ALOT better then this new one.

Ashley0206, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before considering service. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Smudge proof feature sold me on the Gallery Series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smudge proof finish on my suite of Gallery appliances. We have an active 20 month old grand-daughter who likes to "help" Grandma Shari in the kitchen! We plan to sell our home and did a complete kitchen remodel and I am sure any young homemaker would love this custom kitchen with it's beautiful appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a tad over a month ago, and I'm in love. It is quiet, it scours well, the front is smudge proof, which is awesome for kids! I've never wanted to make a mess in my kitchen just so I could do the dishes in a long time...no joke. I've told my friends to buy, and sent photos and videos to them. The green light underneath to indicate clean is really cool. BUY THIS! You won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase. Cleans great and extremely quite. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the door leaked initially. My only guess is that maybe the seal wasn't seated good. Called Customer Service and they scheduled a technician to come out (pleasant experience). In the meantime I ran my hand around the door seal and leaked stopped and hasn't reappeared. Canceled service call.
I would recommend this to a friend!
