quiet is nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the diswasher's performance, except for the temperature. Even when I use the sanitze cycle, the dishes don't seam hot when they are finsihed and there is water drops still on the silverware basket.

Good but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our new dishwasher but there are features that disappoint. The two racks are flimsy compared to our previous unit, and the lower rack cannot be accessed unless one pushes the outer door ALL the Way down, which is sometimes awkward. The little lights that accompany the controls NEVER go out, and one must be cautious closing the unit's outer door so that the machine doesn't start up when starting up isn't desired. On the good side, the unit, importantly, does a good job of cleaning. We also like the light that comes on at the bottom to let one know that the cleaning cycle has finished. The silverware rack is a bit awkward (again compared to our previous washer) but although it takes some getting used to, it seems efficient enough. On the whole, we're satisfied with the dishwasher despite some features that could have been better engineered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the settings I wanted when shopping for a replacement dishwasher. Plastic items do not dry no matter which cycle is selected. Dishes pots and silverware do adequately dry. Cleaning is good for all surfaces.

Its really, really quiet because it doesn't work!

I purchased this dishwasher and the matching range, microwave and refrigerator about 2 years ago. We've already had two of the appliances serviced. Now, the control panel in the dishwasher needs to be replaced after 2 years! Control panels aren't cheap and neither is the labor to replace it. My options are to pay more than half of what I spent on the new dishwasher or to just replace it. If you buy this dishwasher (or any other Frigidaire appliance), make sure you pay the extra money for the service agreement and then start saving up your money to replace it in 3 years. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new dishwasher in November. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes. However the dry cycle leaves the dishes wet even though I have it set for heated dry. I followed the instructions to check on the level of spot agent but that did not help the issue.
