Sleek and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this, and it's very quiet while running. The stronger cycles do a good job of cleaning tough dishes. I do use a rinseaid but doesn't seem to work as well as wished.

Horrible appliance

We bought this about a year ago and it is already not working. The buttons no longer work and the display screen does not light up, what a horrible buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Economical Choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher - since we also have a stove this brand, and were content with value and functions. The only thing that keeps this from getting 5 Star rating is that the dishes do not dry well. Even with the stainless steel tub, I do have to towel dry all the dishes when cycle finishes. They do not feel scalding hot to the touch - which seems to be a newer feature to prevent "to hot to handle". This dishwasher does NOT have a feature to where you can select DRY only, if it did that would be great since I think it would then be able to completely dry all dishes (It does have a rinse only). On the plus ALL the racks have great features to make room for any size dish, the top rack has an adjustment to go up higher, while still able to have room for glasses and plates, also there are multiple fold down options on both top and bottom racks-so handy for pots and pans and other larger bake-ware. This is also quite, you can hear some noise with various changes in cycle but overall not enough to disturb from daily life. Cool feature is the Green light underneath that will come on at the end of each cycle till you open door. I do try and make sure dishes are scraped well enough from hard solid foods since we do not have a disposal that it drains into, but I have had plenty of messy dishes (ie,: mashed potatoes, sauces, liquids, gravies, and the like) and they all come out clean and spot free. Overall this is the first dishwasher to have had that has extra features to make loading dishes easy and practical. Great option since it is better than handwashing! I would imagine most newer models of any brand have the drying feature to NOT leave them burning hot which may effect their dryness - so unless they have a DRY only feature, this is a most practical buy.

Pretty to look at!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this dishwasher. We bought it to match our frigidaire microwave and fridge. It cleans really well and is very quiet. There is a lot of room on the top rack but on the bottom rack the tones that separate the plates are too close together. My plates seem to be touching a lot and my baking sheets don't fit at all. But so far the plates have still come out sparkling.

Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife claims that, after a cycle, some water remains in the bottom - near the filter . As a result, there is an odor in the dishwasher. We read the manual and ruled out obvious causes. The Appliance folks are coming tomorrow at noon and we are going to see if we can UPGRADE, even if it involves some extra cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Fletch! Some tips that can possibly help with your matter, is to ensure that the disposal is empty and the knockout plug was removed by your installer. You also want to make sure the drain hose is installed at a minimum of 32 inches above the floor. Doing so can assist with your dishwasher draining properly. Faulty Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used it less than 5 times and on the first time using it back to back days we got an error code for leak/overflow...Turns out the screw holding the upper rack track in place was not secured to the inner framing...so water would just run like a river out the screw and down the side panel...luckily no damage to house because the water ran directly into the overflow pan....it was fixed under warranty...other than that MAJOR problem it has worked fine
