Disappointing purchase

I bought almost a year ago. Have had to fix the top rack at least a dozen or more times. Replaced parts twice and it still continues to fall off the track. Also I have never had a dishwasher smell so badly between loads. Even if dishes are rinsed it still reeks. Hugely disappointed in this product!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Learning Process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought this dishwasher in January. There was mild damage and was told it would be taken care of. After calls and a letter we were told to pick out a new one and in April we started over with a new one of the same model. This is not a review of the service provider so I will stick to the dishwasher. We replaced a 15+ year old machine that still worked but had many flaws. I did not realize how different the newer Energy Efficient washers were and initially wished I could get the old one back. It has taken me a while to relearn how to load it and to realize that I must run my hot water in order to get the dishes clean. This was not clear and my dishes were coming out dirtier than when I put them in. I was told not to put bowls on the bottom as they would block the cleaning and that small seeds would block the holes in the rotating element. After much irritation and re reading the instructions and talking to repair persons, I am getting clean dishes. I have been lead to believe that this is not unusual for all newer machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive used this for about a month. Took me a day to figure out how to set the delay (w/o reading instructions). Inside is a little smaller than I expected and the door opens almost on the floor which I don't like but it cleans well and no complaints so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
