Do Not Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit in January, and it has never dried the dishes. Not even a little bit. Even when opening the door there is no warm air that comes out, like it's not even running a dry cycle. I added the rinse aid and that did literally nothing. My 10+ year old dishwasher worked better than this. It also doesn't get the dishes clean; even when they go in relatively clean. I figured purchasing a high price product would get me a high level product, but I was wrong. If I could afford another dishwasher, I would just replace it. Sadly, I'm not in a financial position to spend that kind of money again. I couldn't be more disappointed in this product and had super high hopes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HaleyRF, I am sad to hear of your dissatisfaction with your dishwasher purchase. I can feel how frustrated this experience has been for you. Let’s see if this might help: Please check that the incoming water is at least 120°F (check the temperature the water heater is set at). Always run the water in the sink until it is hot, before starting a cycle (like you do before getting into the shower). If you are on a well or have a reverse osmosis system, the water pressure may not be within the 20-90 psi needed for optimum performance. Efficient and nice features!
