Great dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace a 6 year old Kenmore unit that was ruined by a power surge. It's a lot nicer and has more features than the prior one. It is so quiet. I've actually checked to see if it's running. So far, dishes have been so clean. No issues at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed

I just bought my house and those were not my chioce but felt at ease knowing that the appliances were new, the whole collection was installed, to be frankly honest only the microwave and the stove has meet or exceed my expectations, refrigerator and dishwasher has fall far away from even acceptable for me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stinky!

I've had this dishwasher for less than 3 months. It replaced another Frigidaire, which I liked. There is a horrible odor that begins with the first dirty dish placed. I've started hand washing dishes rather than open the door to the stench. I end up running dishwasher before it is even partially full. Waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sharon, I hate to hear your dishwasher smells. I recommend viewing figure 5 of your installation guide. If you connect your dishwasher to a sink drain, the entry will need to be above the trap. I bought this in March, started using it in April and it works amazingly! I like the fact that it has a few different options of cycles, shorter and longer and the dishes really come out clean

First time use and dishes are not dry!!!!

Just purchased all 4 Gallery appliances. First time out and the dishwasher does not dry the dishes in the least......they are soppy wet. I ran it the second time with the same results. Yes, the water is above 120 degrees. We have a point of use water heater under the sink. Yes, the dishes are far apart and not nested. Yes, I chose heated dry. Yes, the proper detergent and drying agent were used! I had a professional installer do the installing and he installs Frigidaire on a routine basis. I cannot be expected to leave the door open all the time.....very unsightly. I cannot have mold growing inside my dishwasher when not in use. replaced a perfectly good white appliance package to donate my old ones to a flood victim. I am very disappointed to say the least. Model is FHID2476SF. I wanted all the appliances to match, but sorry to say this one may be going back!
