Very unhappy

We purchased this product the day our previous dishwasher broke and have been unhappy since we purchased. Far to many issues to count. Features seem great but none of them work well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The bottom shelf go off track quite frequently when pulling out. It has to be lifted to be put back on the track which makes it quite difficult when dishes are on it.

I absolutely love my Frigidaire dishwasher! It is surely the quietest. It also cleans better than the other two brands that I have owned. I have no problem running this dishwasher with its "favorites" setting. Just push the start button and go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this dishwasher a month ago to replace our contractor-grade Frigidaire. So excited about the stainless steel tub. It is far quieter. But we have already had a repair person out. The dishes are not clean. Same checklist as another reviewer: hot water and rinse aid. I do not pre rinse in the sink but i do not load dishes with chunks of food either. The repair person suggested using less detergent explain the residue left being from newer detergents that no longer use phosphates. Ok, happy to save on soap. Still taking out dirty dishes. Very disappointed. Any other suggestions?

Bought this 1 year ago. It doesn't dry well at all and never has. A repair man has been here twice and doesn't know. I use Finish soap and Finish rinse aid. We have checked our water temp.

Our last dishwasher that we had for seven years was a frigidaire and it worked great. This one does not. It does not clean well and never dries the dishes. We always have to towel dry before we put the dishes away.

Your water temperature is recommended to be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). I have had this dishwasher for 3 months now, and have had problems after problems. It was delivered with a dent in it, technician came out replaced the front, and that is when we asked him about the dished being all wet and dirty. We were told to use jet dry, We complied and still dishes are wet dirty and the dishwasher now has an awful odor,
I have checked the temp at the faucet nearest the machine, 128 degrees, and still the same results. I will be returning this asap.
