[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product right before Thanksgiving and it was delivered and installed the week after. It works fairly well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light wash cycle seems a bit short, but does get dishes clean.
Green light appears on floor when dishes are done. Cool!

Doesn’t start like it should

I can’t get the settings to change and it’s like a free for all to get it to start! I have about 2 seconds to shut the door after I push start and I can’t get the settings to change! I’ll be getting a different dishwasher as soon as this one is paid for!

Nothing is more frustrating than replacing a perfectly good 30+ yr old dishwasher with a brand new one that needs to be replaced in 3 yrs. The one that was still working after 30 yrs - maybe not as pretty as this one but I'd put it back in my house in a heart beat. In its short life, this piece of junk has already had the control panel replaced and is now in need of a new pump. The control panel replacement was 1/2 the cost of the new dishwasher. We will not be paying to replace the pump - instead we will be removing it from our house and placing it in the backyard for target practice. They even have a kit to replace this pump - its obviously a very common problem among this model. They've even discontinued the model. Frigidaire knows its a lemon but they just continue to try to sell their extended warranty and give advice like running the water in the sink before you start the cycle. Don't even get me started on what its like when its actually working. The dishes are never dry. Don't even think about putting anything in there without washing it first. We will never purchase another Frigidaire product. Not just because this one is terrible but because Frigidaire is not even attempting to make it right.

Disappointment

When we purchased our new home we were able to select our appliance package. Unfortunately, this dishwasher was the only one available for the set I selected. It does not dry the dishes and the control panel will blackout leaving the dishwasher in a nonworking state. I have to carefully close the door to get the panel to turn back on. This takes several attempts and is VERY frustrating. I would never recommend purchasing this model!!!

Hi Barrelgirl70. We greatly appreciate you taking your time to share your experience with us. We understand you are having concerns with wet dishes after the cycle has completed. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Same complaint as one review - takes many tries to start - my control panel went out with in - 3 years and I am a single who doesn't use the washer once a week

Disappointed...control panel went out within 2 yrs

I am disappointed. Same complaint - my control panel went out with in - 2 years and we don't use the washer once a week. I used a couple of cheaper brand which lasts 7-8 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
