I am extremely happy with my dishwasher. I like the fact that it's really quiet. I also like that it's smudge proof which eliminates fingerprints. I would definitely recommend it.

Doesn't dry, ever!!!

Bought this dishwasher 3 weeks ago and the dishes are always wet. Yes, I use the Jet Dry, water temp is well above 120 degrees, drain hose is in its proper placement, heat dry selected. I shouldn't have to dry every dish when it is done and EVEN sits over night! The only good thing about it is it's super quiet!!

Disappointed

Remodeled our kitchen so purchased all new appliances. Quite disappointed with the dish washer. Food particles/debris left on glasses, dishes, silverware. Dishes never dry. Necessary to clean inside screen trap after each washing. Ridiculous...not pleased!

Hey Gfsp. thank you for your review. We do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside, and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms, and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. If you are still seeing film and food particles on the dishes after checking your water supply, and cleaning the unit, please try changing detergent's to a gel or liquid detergent. Powder tends to build up and corrode parts of the unit. If none of this proves to be successful we would suggest contacting an authorized service provider to schedule a physical assessment and diagnosis of the appliance. Hope this helps!

Worked exactly one time, then would never finish a cycle. Water temp and pressure are more then adequate, must be the control board. Starting the warranty/repair cycle now with hope that this situation can be resolved. First service appointment was on time, waiting to hear when the next service visit might happen.

Needed repair months after getting it.

Poor design that combines the heating element and the motor in one unit. This unit went out and we no longer had hot water to wash with. This model is very poor at drying anything since it lacks a heating coil inside of the washer.

If you like to handwash dishes...

If you like to handwash dishes, this is the dishwasher for you! I have tried everything the manual says to do and still have food particles deposited on dishes that have to be handwashed out. I've tried running a second cycle but it still won't get the dishes clean. However, it looks great in the kitchen.

Cleans well, dries terribly

Looks nice. Feels a bit cheap (bottom rack comes off the tracks easily), door is hard to pull down all the way to the floor (like the hinge is too tight). No matter what we do though, we can't get this thing to dry our dishes. Neither heat nor air cycle gets things dry. I don't expect plastic to get fully dry, but glass should, and it certainly doesn't. We have gotten into the habit of leaving the DW open for several hours after it runs to air dry our dishes.

Hey KFCM, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We do suggest making sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. Also, over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. -Hope this helps!

Upper Rack Does Not Clean

I bought this dishwasher with my new house 9 months ago.. I have had nothing but problems. We bought the whole set, refrigerator, double ovens and they have been great. The design on this dishwasher is horrible. I have tried everything the top rack is full of sandy particles on the dishes. I have ran hot water before starting cycle, pods, liquids different brands rinse-aids, etc. I opened it up this morning and half the dishes on top were still dirty. I think the machine just throws around dirt the whole cycle. Beyond frustrated. Would highly NOT recommend!
