Dishes never seem to dry

We purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and I do not like it already. My dishes never seem to get dry even with the rinse aid added. The dishwasher runs for a very long time even on the normal wash cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would recommend checking a few things; Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected? Clean shiny dishes

We've had the dishwasher for 4 months and I'm thrilled with the performance. Clean dishes even on the short wash cycle . Can't believe I had to scrub my dishes clean before I could put them in my old dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this a couple of months ago and while it cleans well but the tray configurations are horrible. They are angled and the dishes lean heavily to one side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher

I bought this about 8 weeks ago. I like that it is quiet. Glassware sometimes filmy even with jet dry. Also, do not understand why moisture develops on the back wall of the dishwasher between washes. It is dry after I unload but condensation develops before the next time that I run it

Hi Mamaphish. Thank you for your feedback. Understanding that hot water is used to clean the dishes, at the end of the cycle, some hot water remains in the tub. If the door is left close this creates a small atmosphere inside the dishwasher, the hot water evaporates and settles on dishes or on the tub and then falls back into the base again. This can create a cycle. All dishwashers will hold water to keep pumps primed. When not in use, the door must remain cracked. Please contact us directly for additional assistance. Kindly, Anna

The Worst Dishwasher I've Ever Owned.

Before this, all my dishwashers came from craigslist--sad old used and abused things in their twilight years grinding out death rattles as they did their job--washing dishes. This one, while making merry washing sounds and causing lights to dim throughout the house, does not wash dishes. Nor does it dry dishes. It just kinda reduces dish detritus to hard lumps forever forged between fork tines, and black stains across plates that then need to be removed with scouring pads or fingernails. This was, admittedly, the low end of this particular line. But it was nonetheless an expensive item, and I expected that it would do its job. I now do my dishes in the sink and use this, my first ever NEW dishwasher, as a drying rack, with its door forever open to the air. It is, however, attractive, and for that I award it one star.
