IC0 communication problem

After a year and a half, Ic0 error, will not reset after being unplugged 2 weeks.Found a replacement board and that did not solve the problem.

Our troubleshooting materials state to interrupt power for 5 minutes and reapply. If replacing the control board did not resolve the matter. We would advise seeking service. Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After renovating our kitchen we decided on frigidaire appliances with smudgeproof stainless steel. We love the look and ease of cleaning the stainless steel. We are very satisfied with the refrigerator, stove, and microwave! Unfortunately, the dishwasher has been a disappointment. The dishes on the top shelf get clean about 50% of the time. The spray holes on the top get clogged very easily. We purchased the dishwasher in January but got delivery in March of 2016. In the first 7 months we've called service twice for the motor not shutting off. Apparently the sensor cuts off the cycle with too much standing water. We haven't had to pay for repairs as it is under warranty but won't invest money in it after it is out of warranty. I hope you use this review to make the proper adjustments for future customers.

Hi Scooter64, thank you for your review. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience your dishes not cleaning properly may be causing you. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 6 weeks old - Dishwasher does a good job cleaning and a pretty good job drying EXCEPT for the silverware. It always needs to be hand dryed even if left overnight.

Nice design

I purchased this dishwasher in November. I love the features and design. I am unhappy with the fact that pots and plastics come out wet, therefore wasting my time drying the items before putting away.

I hate to hear about your drying experience, what for. I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, you’re using the correct amount of Rinse Aid, and that no heavy mineral or calcium scale is covering the heater. Hey Branco, cleaning challenges are often related to water temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-130 degrees for the best cleaning and drying potential. To help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, let the water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This "primes the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster. Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Wish I had not purchased

I purchased this unit a year ago and my wife has complained about it since day one. I travel every week, so rarely ever see it run. Well I'm home alone this week while the wife is out of town, and now I see why she has been complaining. I'm a horrible husband for not listening to her. The soap doesn't get used 100% and probably a 3rd of it ends up laying in the bottom of the unit. There's also food particles all over the dishes. Had to rinse half before putting them up. Of course I believe the wife now. Anyways, I purchased along with the Gallery side by side and smooth cook top. The fridge is also a dud and rarely makes ice or is just freezes up. Horrible products.
