Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Frigidaire loyalist. My home is 13 years old and I've started to replace the appliances. First the dishwasher model Fgid2474qf0a I did purchase this almost exactly 3 years ago. After the first year i30 fault had to be serviced after two years i30 fault had to be services this brings us to present 6/6/17 you got it i30 fault, and it needs service again, maybe I should schedule a service call for next June now. This was not an inexpensive machine. 6 weeks ago I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator model number FGHF2366PF and two weeks ago a new Frigidaire range FPEH3077R, while in the store I decided to match up the kitchen appliances with an "over the range convection microwave model number FPBM3077RF which is on order. All your products over the years has performed well with the exception of the dishwasher this I am "disappointed " in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two months old repair man has been out already. Won't clean or dry the dishes. Big piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!

Piece of Junk since day one

i bought this washer about a year ago and it had been worked on 3 times!!! Even when dishes are washed in the sink they still come out of the dishwasher dirty and gritty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to use Finish, (or comparable, ie. Jet Dry), rinse aid, otherwise there's a lot of condensation inside the dishwasher, even after a dry cycle. I did not know this until I called the store where I bought the appliance.

Stinky

I bought this dishwasher 4 months ago. I have to wash my dishes to almost clean by hand before putting them in the dishwasher. It always has a stinky smell between loads. I don't know how to fix it. I can't stand opening it because of the stink even when there are no dishes in it. May have to go by a different dishwasher

Hello Poohbear74, we suggest making sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms, and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

LED floor indicator light has never worked

Also, the dishes come out spotted, and the unit smells in between cycles. Basically a pretty dish rack at this point.
