I bought this set 3 years ago. The dishwasher "motherboard" is fried. I can't believe I only got 3 years out of my dishwasher before having to fix or replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Schbrownie! I hate to hear that your dishes are not drying. A tip that may alleviate your drying matter is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct and using rinse aid, can possibly assist with your dishes drying properly. I bought this dishwasher 14 months ago and the digital buttons stopped working. Unfortunately, my warranty was only good for one year.

Issues with unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about 3 years ago and have had nothing but problems. It started out the button weren't doing what they are suppose to. For example the favorite button does work always have to manually reset it. Then some of the soap remains in the soap dispenser. Then about a year ago it frequently doesn't drain at all. So unhappy with this purchase. Beware when buying this unit.

I have had this less than a month but seems great so far. It is very quiet. I can wash average dishes on the quick cycle and they come clean.

Overall great product

It looks beautiful and works great. Observations I've noticed so far: 1) It's a little tricky to use - it's hard to tell how many more minutes are left in the cycle, and if you open it during a cycle, it's hard to tell what happens. 2) After the cycle is done, a green light will illuminate on the floor, but if you open it, don't unload it, and close it again, how do you know the dishes are clean? In my old dishwasher, I'd just lock it again, but I haven't figured out a way with this one.
