If you want clean dishes, look elseware

I finally gave up on this dishwasher. From day one, the unit did a poor job getting the dishes clean and it progressively got worse over time. The lower rack is poorly designed. If you have dishes with any type of cupped rim, they will fit poorly. The upper rack has an unappealing sag when loaded. Over time, the unit developed a door leak. I was finally fed up and replaced the unit after 23 months of use. Hands down, the worst appliance I've ever bought.

Quietest Dishwasher Ever!

This dishwasher was in my new home that I purchased in July. Since I live alone I seldom get to run it unless I have company over. It is extremely quiet but I do notice even when I forget to empty the dishwasher for over a day I still have some utensils and glasses wet.

Takes too long and smells funny

We have had for less than a year. It takes over an hour to clean dishes. If you go to work and leave the door closed- the dishes will still be wet 10hours later. So, maybe you run rinse again? Yeahhh that takes longer than normal, too. We have added the finish product to the cycles and that helps with cloudiness. But, it is not energy efficient bc I have to still dry all the dang dishes! looking to return it once we are done rebuilding from flood. No happy with it unless you are ready to pull the door open to air dry at the end of the cycle. Also, the kids can't figure it up out.

Oh no Lamissy! I certainly understand your concern with have a long wash cycle and dishes not drying. Keep in mind the cycle time can depend on the options chosen. Some tips that may help resolve your drying matter, is to ensure that the air dry is not selected. You also want to ensure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. Using rinse aid and making sure the water temperature is correct, may correct your matter.
Should you need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 1-877-435-3287 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST and Saturday 9am-6pm EST at your convenience. Respectfully- CiCi

I have only had a few issues with it getting stuff clean (this was really burn on or dried food). Overall it is pretty quite. It looks great. Love that it doesn't have a lot of badgeing.

Dishwasher was installed with a new house. It is easy to load and cleans well though everything is wet at the end of a standard cycle. The bottom rack is very low to the ground so have to bend more to unload but it does give more room inside for the dishes.

Take a pass on this one

Have had this model just over one week. Replaced a 20 year old dishwasher. The washing is okay but get a towel to finish the drying !!! Did all of the recommended "fixes". Hot water is 130 degrees, rinse agent dispenser is on level 6 (highest), heat dry is on. Nothing. On Normal cycle which runs over 2 hours this thing leaves the inside of the upside down glasses wet. Between plates is wet. Silverware container has water sitting on it and many utensils are wet. Inside of the machine and door very wet. If I want to leave the door propped open to let a little air in there the control panel lights stay on. Even if I lock the panel the display still shows "loc".

Oh no, BrianRW! I certainly understand as you mentioned here, your dishes are not drying in your dishwasher. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common for all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. If you still have a concern of sorts, please feel free to contact us directly.

Do not buy

I have had more trouble with this dishwasher than any other appliance. There is design flaw with the debris trap that causes the dishwasher to throw error codes. After several years of dealing with this issue the company finally released a part to fix the issues. Now it has no power and a new problem.
