Great Dishwasher

Works Great -- When it Runs

I have had this particular unit for three years. I was delighted with the unit through the first 21 months. However, longevity is apparently not it's long suit. Repaired near the end of second year of ownership. Waiting for repair again (different error code this time) at the end of third year of ownership. Unit has not been abused, run maybe once a day, with dishes that had been rinsed off before loading. Too bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Completely disappointing product

Bought this a year and a half ago and it hasn't worked EVER!!
I've had many parts replaced and it still can't heat up the water. Every load I've put through has to have some of the dishes rewashed by hand! I would only recommend this product if you need an anchor for a boat! And it wouldn't surprise me if it still didn't do the job right! Stay away from the gallery series.

This is the worst dishwasher i have ever owned. It does not get dishes clean in fact all the glassware is constantly covered with crude. Horrible

Hi, Mimi8! I can imagine your concern with your dishes not getting clean. To improve cleaning performance, please make sure your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher, you are using plenty of rinse aid, and the filter and glass trap are clean of debris. If this does not resolve your issue, please call 1-888-203-1389 M-F from 8a-8p or Sat from 9a-6p EST for additional assistance. ~ Brandi

The Worst Ever!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for just 3 months. Not only does dishes not get cleaned, but food is ALL over the dishwasher, and dishes stay wet. A COMPLETE waste of money. This needs to be discontinued

I feel awful to hear you are not getting the best cleaning/drying performance from your unit. Please try checking and cleaning your filters or a pinched/blocked drain hose. If the drain line is attached to a disposer, check that the knockout plug has been removed.
Did you know? Your household water temperature and pressure play a key role in your appliance’s performance. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the recommended temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).

Waste of money

Bought this dishwasher a couple of years ago; it works when it wants to and has been like that since it was 366 days old. Always gets an error code, when you look it up, it would cost more to fix it than it would be to buy a new dishwasher. What’s the point. Will NEVER buy a Frigidaire Dishwasher again.

Horrible dishwasher

We have had this dishwasher for the past few years and nothing but headaches. the spray heads constantly get clogged with small food particles which appear to cause the dishwasher not to clean properly. I got used to cleaning these out from time to time by removing the sprayers and blowing air through them. Lately the it has started to leak around the front door on the bottom during wash cycle. I am at my wits end with this appliance.
