Awful quality

I always thought frigadaire made a quality product, would stand behind their name Wrong.

Quiet!

We've had this dishwasher for a few months now and run it almost daily (two younger kids and we cook a lot). I am only pleased with this washer. Two highlights are how quiet it is and the quick cycle.
I can be standing next to the washer while it's running and not know that it is. The other day I thought I heard it running and had to touch it to confirm that it was. It may not seem like much but the quieter my home is the happier I am.
The quick cycle (which lasts 30 mins.) works very well. Never a dirty dish/ glass/ silverware (I do rinse dishes before I load the washer, though. So, I don't know how well the cycle will work with "dirty" dishes. I cannot help but rinse.) I love saving the time, energy, water, etc.
5 stars for design - It's unobtrusive, looks good, controls are in the top edge (not the outside), wine glass holders, and top rack can be moved up/ down about three inches.
5 stars for value - Works great for the money. But, can only measure true value if it lasts a long time.
5 stars for features - See design. Multiple pre-programmed cycles and customizable cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't Dry the Dishes

We selected this model because of the advertising in the showroom inside the floor model. "Powerful heated dry, No more towel drying, Straight to the cabinet". This model does not dry the dishes. We even had the Frigidaire repairman out and he said you'll never get dry dishes from this model.

Trouble since Day 1

We installed this supposedly top of the line dishwasher but it does not work. Have had repairman out 4 times (for a less than one year old machine). It never dried completely (yes I have rinse aid in it) and you have to wash the dishes before you even put them in the machine and then most of the time they are not clean (yes, checked water temp and it is hot enough). I have cleaned the filters, etc. and it still does NOT do a good or even passable job. Additionally there are now stains or water marks inside the door. I will not consider another Frigidaire (which used to be the most reliable brand) appliance. This thing (and as I read the reviews most of them) are a piece of junk. Certainly not worth the money. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Have been using for 3 months. Features and wash options are nice. Does not always dry. Have followed all directions.

Great for no fingerprints on surface, which is one reason why I bought it. At times soap is left in the dispenser and the inside of the door look dirty, even following the exact directions in the manual. The top glass tray is too weak. It hangs and looks like it is about to break off. The top push button controls are easy to use.

Wet Silverware

Even though I have the dishwasher set for heated wash and dry my silverware is always wet and I have to dry it manually.
