Great look. Horrible performance.

We bought the dishwasher to match our other 'smudge-proof' appliances. The look of the outside and stainless steel interior made this a 'sexy' addition. The features seemed great and very up to date. That's where the pluses end. Getting to the basic functions of a dishwasher, this machine didn't meet the standards. Drying issues first popped up. The heat dry feature was barely drying regular dishes. Not the plastic wear that I'm used to being a little wet. Normal glass dishes were not being dried! I finally cranked my rinse aid setting to the highest setting and saw a slight improvement. But now I'm going through rinse-aid more often. The next bust was the odor it contains when your in between cycles and just adding dirty dishes as you go. Lastly, the cleaning performance is less than impressive. The top rack seems to have issues getting clean. (And before you assume, yes it's being loaded properly, and not overloaded.) Overall for the money we paid for this machine, I was very disappointed with it's performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello bsutara! We would recommend checking your water temperature. We suggest that your incoming water temperature be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit at the sink closest to your dishwasher before starting your wash cycle. We would also suggest trying a rinse only cycle if you are not going to immediately wash your dishes as soiled dishes left in your dishwasher too long can create an odor. Worst Dishwasher EVER!

I bought this several months ago and have hated it since day one. I should have returned it immediately but I kept thinking if I loaded it differently, used different detergent, etc. that it would work better. I was wrong. At least 80% of the time, the dishes don't come clean, and I'm not talking a little something stuck on a plate here and there - I'm talking obvious pieces of food, sauce pans that look like the water hasn't even touched them, and cups with milk rings left behind. Speaking of food left behind - we generally rinse our dishes, but with our old machine we were never too concerned with getting every little speck cleaned off before we loaded. The new one has a food grinder like our old one did so we assumed it would take care of the small stuff left behind. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work at all in this model. I can guarantee that if a piece of lettuce is left on a plate, it will either still be there after the wash or it will be laying in the bottom of the machine waiting on me to scoop it out. Yuck! Aside from this, the interior of the washer just isn't designed well at all. The open areas in the racks allow things like spatulas (that are too tall to fit in the silverwear compartment and therefore need to be laid flat in the rack) to fall through and end up on the bottom of the machine. The area designed for cups and glasses allow the glasses to tilt sideways and often even to flip over so dirty dishwater is left standing in them.The controls are confusing at first - if you start the machine then open it quickly to add something you forgot DON'T hit the start button again. It cancels the wash cycle.

It Cleans and its quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Through the years, this is the 3rd Frigidaire dishwasher that we've owned. Each one is better than the previous. This Model Cleans very well and you can sit on the floor leaning against in and have a phone conversation without any problems, its very quiet. Really Love it.

Smudge Proof is nice, the dishwasher has a great look. It is more silent than I expected. I love the 3rd shelf, great addition.

Disappointed

I20 code for the 3rd time in 2 years. Installed in our new construction home 9-15-16. Had tech here on 7-11-16 & he replaced pressure switch. Had Tech back on 4-7-17 & he installed chamber. About 2 months ago the same code AGAIN. Not sticking more money into this dishwasher. Frustrated that I have to wait for a BEEP and push start 2-3 times during the cycle.

Not happy with freezer door,always have to make sure that the freezer compartment tray is sitting level otherwise door doesn't close properly causing temp to increase
