Horrible!

Had less than 3 years and the control board already went out! Never buy this garbage again!

Not really what I expected

I don't like the controls being at the top of the door where I can't see them when it is closed, & have problems cancelling a cycle & starting a cycle. It does clean well and is pretty quiet.

really like how quiet it is, when I first got it, I was very irritated that the stuff wasn't dry after the cycle, but I called the company and a very nice lady told me to open it up , when the green light came on , on the floor, that has helped tremendously

I purchased this as an "upgrade" to a newly built home "bundle." I used the liquid drying agent that it came with, ran a load of dishes and the little green light came on stating that it was finished and to my surprise; it was not. The dishes were soaking wet. They were clean as a whistle, but drenched. I had to towel dry each one which leads one to ask: What's the point? If I have to dry them by hand, why not just wash them by hand and save the time, effort, and money? There is no visible heating element at the bottom, perhaps because of the orbital spray arm, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling to have it replaced. Even if it means downgrading. Horrible design.
