Con: does not dry completely, the inside of the dishwasher is still wet no matter how long it has completed the cycle.

AnnetteABQ, I regret to hear about your dishwasher experience. I may have some recommendations that could help. There are many conditions that can impact cleaning and drying, the most common being temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-130 degrees for the best cleaning and drying potential. If you are uncertain if your water is the appropriate heat, check your water heater's temperature reading. To help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, try letting water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This "primes the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster. Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Don’t forget to use rinse aid, it really makes a difference. Check to make sure the rinse aid dispenser is full. The dispenser window may show a dot to indicate its level, or it may function like a fuel gauge. Be sure to clean the filter regularly (page 16 in your Owner’s Manual). Selecting the heat dry option in combination with rinse aid will enhance drying performance. I hope this helped! Good quality unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after our old machine stopped working due to an electronics issue. i hope this one will perform better. Seems a bit better product and solid unit. It is unbelievably quiet you can hardly hear it running.

Same issue as Lax22. Does not finish a cycle and you get a code i20 /i30. Resetting breaker does not work. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vickijg, thank you for sharing your dishwasher experience with us. An i20 error can relate to clogged filters, or that a restriction in the drain line has been detected. Please check the drain air gap, and clean both filters (page 16 of your Owner’s Manual), wearing gloves please as there are sharp parts in the sump. If your dishwasher is attached to a garbage disposal, please make sure that the knockout plug has been removed. An i30 error code means a leak or overflow of water has been detected in the bottom pan. Look for loose connections at the water inlet valve and ensure the unit is properly leveled and plumb. I love my dishwasher so much. It has saved my hands... they are not rough and dried out no more. Love the smudge free outside too. This dishwasher is very easy to use and does a thorough job in cleaning. Beautiful looking inside.
