Works well so far

This dishwasher is very appealing in its clean lines and hidden controls panel. We have had it only a month, but so far it has done very well cleaning our dishes, including pots and pans. And it's very quiet! The sturdiness of the interior racks, however, is not great. We have already had one of the spindles break off in the lower rack. I just hope that we don't have to replace the whole rack within a year of purchasing the dishwasher.

Would not recommend

We installed the dishwasher in August 2014. In November we call for warranty service because it was throwing a code I30, leak. Frigidaire scheduled a repairman. A week later he didn't show. When I called he said he didn't service my area. Frigidaire scheduled a second repairman, same story. Finally Frigidaire got a repairman to me in January. He order a new door and told me it was backordered to 2 months. I called Frigidaire, they found a part and had it shipped a week later. The repairman installed it and the dishwasher threw other codes. He ordered a switch and told me it was backordered 2 months. Again I called Frigidaire, they found and shipped the part, it arrived 2 days ago. The repairman said this fixed the problem. We have run 1 load without problems, but I'm not holding my breath.

Disappointed

We purchased the Gallery series for our new home.The dishwasher is very quiet, but it does not dry. The silverware is always wet. I am at odds at what to do next. My dishwaher is only 1 month old & outside of replacing it with another brand, I don't know what to do next.

This dishwasher combines all the right elements. Sleek design, sturdy adjustable components and multiple settings that are extremely easy to use. I would definitely recommend it!

It is a good looking dishwasher on the inside and out! Love the stainless steel inside and love the smudge proof outside. Very elegant looking, very quiet and cleans well! However, does not dry good, the silverware basket is always wet when the cycle is done. After calling the company, the rep suggested I leave the door open once the cycle is finished to prevent the condensation and that seems to help a bit with the drying. Also, I don't like the dividers in the two end compartments of the silverware basket being half the height, with the closures for them being centered in the middle of the compartments.

Bottom dish rack tines fold up when loading and silverware container ends are cavernous and silverware falls down. Wash times vary on the same setting.
