Very Pleased!

We purchase another brands dishwasher after having it a few days wasn't satisfied so we returned it and purchase this unit. Before choosing another one did some research and decided to go with this unit. We are Very Pleased!

Worst dishwasher ever

We had to have this dishwasher replaced and it still does not work right- leaves dishes wet and smelling like detergent.slso difficult to fit dishes in the inside racks are flimsy and not well made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice design

Purchased 4 months ago, does a good job usually. Dishes do not dry well and doesn't clean well on normal cycle with hottest water setting. Our old DW worked better.

We suggest that your incoming water temperature be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit at the sink closest to your dishwasher before starting your wash cycle.
You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common in all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. We ask that if you have any remaining questions or concerns, please contact your local retailer or us directly. Kindest regards –

I bought this a little over a month ago. I'm pretty pleased except I wish it had hotter drying settings than it does. Never fully dries the dishes.

cleans very well, it's so quiet we forget that it's running. only complaint it that the door does't stay partly open, it falls all the way to the the bottom. it stayed open for about the first 6 months, but after that it has to be completely shut at the top,or completely open at the bottom.

Its okay, the racks could have better dish placements. And if we put a big dishes in front of the soap dispenser the soap won't dissolve all the way. That makes me think the dishes aren't clean. Also this is are second one of this model, the first one malfunctioned all the time.

We could not be more disappointed with this dishwasher. Chose this amount many other options for our new home. The service guy has been here 3 times for different reasons. Now after only 3 months he says it needed a a new pump and computer board.
He has always given a "fishy" smell to the dished and never seems to clean properly.
Stay away from this model!!!!

I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.
