we bought this several months ago. After it was installed, and before we used it, we found the control panel wy replace the machineas defective and the machinve did noot work. Our appliance dealer tried twice to get the panel fixed, but each time the new parts were defective. After three attemps to repair the machine, our dealer finayou lly replace the machine at no cost. We are hopeful that the new machine will work well. The only positve thing is so far you have honored you warrantee.
Sorry to give a poor review, but it appears you need to look into the problem with you control panels. We can not recommend this machine at this time

Bad quality

I bought this unit in Apr 2015, it stopped working in May, only a month after I bought it. The repaire company told me the control board, the user interface were not working anymore. I selected this Frigidaire model over Botch because I read some good reviews about it. I'm very disappointed that mine only lasted a month. It has been two months that I'm living without a dishwasher, because the repaire is still not done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely quiet!

Love the quietness but hate the fact that the dishes are never completely dry. It is better with jet dry or finish but still have to towel dry especially the silverware

I had to replace me dishwasher and have been quite pleased with this one. It is very quiet while running and just the weight of the door tells me it is built well.

Does an OK Job

I bought this to replace a dishwasher I had that was leaving a film on my dishes. For the most part, this new dishwasher was an improvement in that regard. It does leave a lot of water spots, though, even with a rinse aid and heat dry. The dishes are never fully dry when the cycle is done.
I do like that the top shelf has an adjustable height and that the spikes can lay flat instead of having to stay upright all the time. It definitely allows for more items to fit when they are bigger or bulkier.

Hello Ashleigh34! When it comes to film remaining on dishes, you may want to check the water hardness in your area. If you live in an area that has hard water, a water softener may help. We welcome you to view the detergent usage guide listed in your use and care guide. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside your dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I would also make sure all of your spray arms are attached and rotating freely. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Disappointed that my dishes don't stack nicely onside the racks, not enough space in between, dishes don't clean well.
