Nice and clean look with great features

Very happy with this item. It has the save energy option which takes less time and water to wash but dishes are still clean.

Yes I am a happy customer who can now say that my wife no longer wishes to share the chore of 'dishes'. The 'quiet' of this machine is a first in this household and I wish to congratulate the design team for a JOB WELL DONE.

Just okay

I'm disappointed with the bottom rack in this dishwasher. It has a collapsible rack for larger items but when loaded with plates, it collapses and all my plates fall on top of eachother. Even after receiving a new bottom rack, under warranty, the problem still isn't solved. I'd prefer to have a rack without that option.

Not happy with this dishwasher

There are 2 reasons that I am not happy with this dishwasher. 1- it does not dry well at all, even with using jet dry when you open it in the morning alot of the items are wet. pretty much the only things that don't have water on them are the flat plates. 2- I hate the way it loads! The racks do not accommodate larger items like serving bowl, corning wear items, and 13X9 glass dishes, very well. I would not recommend this dishwasher!

I purchased this and had it installed in May 2015. The unit is very quiet, often, I don't even realize it is running. However, the dishes have never come out dry and we literally have to towel dry them even when on the highest heat setting. There is always water drops all over the inside of the unit.

I have been using this dishwasher since April. Honestly, this is not my favorite. When loaded with plastic plates and cups, they seem to stay wet. Also, I have to have it on the longest time setting in order for glass and pottery to get dry. I also found you have to use Jet Dry in it or the unit itself doesn't even dry off.

Was expecting better

I read multiple reviews on many different types of dishwashers including this one before selecting one to purchase. This dishwasher was easy to install and looks great. No fingerprints as advertised and a nice clean look. The problem comes in its function. First run, all the dishes were completely soaking wet as if no drying took place at all and the dishes were not completely clean. Ok, made some adjustments in the settings...next few runs, the dishes come out clean, but drying is still an issue and not just on plastic pieces. This is what I dislike the most compared to my old dishwasher. The benefit is you can put plastic pieces in any pay of the dishwasher because there is no heating element on the bottom, but the downside is the dishes are definitely not as dry as I would expect. I spend a lot of time drying dishes before putting them away.
