Leaked On First Day!

Purchased this dishwasher 3 months ago. First time I ran it, it leaked all over my kitchen. A service tech came out & said the screws holding the door were stripped, and the control panel didn't work correctly.They ordered parts & 3 weeks later, fixed it. Or so we thought. Two weeks ago, it began leaking again. Service tech returned and found a "water trail" with soap residue revealing a leak during wash cycle. He determined the seal was broken and recommended that we replace the seal, door, and gasket to prevent leaks. I called the appliance store where I bought it and told them I wanted either a new dishwasher from a different manufacturer or my money back. This dishwasher was a lemon and had a manufacturer's defect from the first use. For the past 3 months, I've mostly washed dishes by hand after paying over $700 for a dishwasher! I'll never buy another Frigidaire appliance again.

Lousy dishwasher

Already needed repair after only two months. Doesn't dry the dishes well. Yes, I use Jet Dry. It doesn't seem to matter. Also hard to load as things rest on each other. I'd never buy this brand again.

Nice look and super quiet

I purchased the stainless Gallery product and find it efficient, quiet, and excellent at cleaning dishes. I like the light on the floor to signal when the cycle is complete.
The stores installation was not good, not leveled, or

New Appliance

I have a large family and just moved in to a new home. The appliance was new but I have only used it three times because it doesn't clean the dishes, leaving a film on them. The machine runs nonstop for over 8 hours with no success.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stylish but smelly

Beautiful design and spacious. But the stainless steel interior holds a smell even if there are no dirty dishes in in. I had a technician come out but he couldn't do much about it. We have to use a dishwasher cleaner every month to keep the smell down and always leave the door cracked open. Didn't have this problem with my old plastic lined one.

• Run a cycle with no dishes. Once the dishwasher has completed its initial fill, add one cup of white vinegar and complete the cycle.
• If you have a disposal, please review the installation instructions to ensure the “odor trap” is properly set up. If applicable, run several orange or lemon peels through the dispenser to eliminate the odor.
