Silverware not clean after cycle. Bottom door doesn't stay open when loading.

We would like to recommend reviewing the Preparing and Loading Dishes section specific to the silverware basket in the owner’s manual for tips on proper loading and how to achieve the best wash performance. We advise to not mix silver and stainless to avoid damaging the silver finish. We would like to ask that you contact us directly for concerning with the dishwasher door. Once pushed down completely enough for the bottom rack to slide out the door should remain open. If you have additional questions or concerns please call us directly. Kindest Regards –

Very Satisfied

We've had our new Frigidaire dishwasher for about a month now and we are very satisfied with it. We were amazed how quiet it was the first time we used it. You literally had to be right next to it to hear it. So far it's tackled everything we've thrown at it and done a great job. My only slight knock is the capacity. We can't seem to fit quite as much inside as we could with our old dishwasher. However, our old dishwasher didn't clean as well so we'd end up doing another cycle.

Was purchased 6/14/2015 and a great buy. Had no problems with it and the rack slides in and out unlike our old one.

I purchased a complete suite of Gallery appliances for my kitchen remodel and I'm very happy that I did. This dishwasher works and cleans extremely well and is also very quiet in my estimation. I love the simple sleek look that it provides to my kitchen. So far, I'm very impressed.
