Pretty door

Everything works fine but it's difficult to get the dishes dry. As the manual instructs, you must run the hot water in the sink and use the heat and sanitize features to dry the dishes and utensils. Over 3 hours! I do like the extra utensil tray on top. And I DO LOVE my other Frigidaire appliances. Not so much the dish washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It cleans pretty well, but I do have some complaints. It does not dry well. The plastic never dries, even the silverware holder never dries. Consequently, I have to hand wash everything plastic and then dry my silverware sometimes. And, it would be nice to be able to see on the control panel what cycle the washer is in. Also, recently, it's been leaving suds in the bottom, which makes me wonder if it's rinsing well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there Asd123! Thank you for your review on your new purchase. A couple of tips that may alleviate your drying matter is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct and using rinse aid, can possibly assist with your dishes drying properly. Some plastic ware may need to be towel dried, being that plastics do not get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects. Also, using the correct amount of detergent can assist with your suds matter. Won't Start

I have manages over 260 single family homes for two decades. Frigidaire was our 'go-to' company when replacing worn out appliance. Last year we began to refurbish our own home in preparation to sell it. We replaced all our outdated, white-enameled, GE kitchen appliances with stainless steel Frigidaire kitchen appliances. The electronic control panel on the double oven was dead on arrival. The electronic control panel on the Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher has now died in less than two years. Yes it's quiet, but it won't start. Yes the dishes get cleaned, but only after I wash them by hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken control panel...again!

Started using this dishwasher in January 2018, had to have the control panel replaced at the beginning of November 2018 and it’s already needing to be replaced again. I understand that appliances are not built to last like they did in the past but less than 2 years is totally unacceptable! After reading through these reviews there should be a recall or something as the control panel issue is a very common theme! Very disappointed in Frigidaire and will not be purchasing another product from them in the future.

Terrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only three years old and it is malfunctioning. It continues to run and a never goes to the next steps and is not displaying any codes. Now learning it has been discontinued. Why was it discontinued.

I hate my Dishwasher

I haven't found anything I like about it yet!!! My dishes are never totally dry no matter how long I leave them in. Whoever designed the lower rack never washed bowls - they're sooo narrow they only work for dishes. And if I don't wash right away and just store for next washing there is always humidity inside. I don't like that you have to totally snap the door shut after each dish load (I don't wash after every meal). I would never buy another Frigidaire product, especially if this is considered "Top of the Line". P.S. It is quiet.
