The drying needs a lot of work, I have to hand dry

I bought this just a little over a month and wish I had known about the drying problem. I would NOT have bought it. That's the only problem this dishwasher has.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do recommend checking your Use and Care manual for further tips on how to efficiently place of your dishware and flatware for optimal drying. Using rinse aid also greatly improves drying, reduces water spots, and filming. More information is available in the Factors Affecting Performance section of your owner’s manual on page 15. Love the look of this machine, but it appears this European Style Dishwasher can not completely dry a machine full of dishes. Didn't notice at first, but there is no inside heating element. The heat for the machine is created during a 10 minutes period, and it is hoped that heat will transfer to the contents of the machine, and it is That heat that will, it is hoped, be the source of heat to residually dry the contents. We have a second Frigidaire Authorized repair person coming out tomorrow, but we are not holding out a lot of hope that he can assist.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't dry the dishes.

I bought this about a month ago and aside from the control panel which is confusing, I always have wet dishes. Even when I do the cycle which takes 136 minutes (yes, 136 minutes) and choose the heat option, the dishes are wet. It's very aggravating.
Other than that, things are clean and the sound level is fairly quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It stays broke more than I use it

I'm extremely unhappy with the location of the buttons on my dishwasher .. It's had to be replaced twice in the 7 months that I've own it .. The dishwasher itself does a great job of cleaning the dishes the touch panel is just in the wrong location
