This dishwasher came with my new home, would not buy it again if I had to. The washer will just start running after a cycle is completed. The upper rack is not useful for most wine glasses. Want to end on a positive note, my dishes come out nice and clean!!

I had a Frigidaire dishwasher before and loved it, so replaced it with another but have problems with this one. The silverware is always wet on the bottom and the holder is real wet. The inside or the door has water on it too. I have to dry the silverware every time I use the dishwasher. Is there some way I can get this fixed?

Does not dry dished well. Rack section pops down and dishes fall. Very poor design.
Cycles too long.......Stuck with all my new appliances for years now that I have the matching Gallery stove and refrigerator........I should have returned all three the first week. Refrigerator makes noises too.......2nd one....

Great yet delicate

We are happy with our dishwasher, overall very good results, quiet enough and good layout to maximize capacity.
I wish it wasn't to sensitive to food debris which causes the filter and other sensors to be constantly checked to prevent performance issues.
It would be good also if it displayed the remaining time and had a more clear way to know in which phase or cycle the dishwasher is

Hello pacelote! We recommend checking your filter for any warps or bends. A bent or warped filter can cause food particles into your sump. You may see scraping excess food from your dishes prior to your wash cycle will resolve your concerns. It does a great job, my dishes comes out clean, the dryer works good and I love the green light feature that lets you know your dishes are finished and it looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this on April 2015. Never wash properly; dirty glass and plastic pieces are worst. Never dry. I will ask my money back.

Hey jmsg, thank you for posting your concerns with your Frigidaire dishwasher. We would recommend checking a few things before a service provider is considered. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? We realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. If none of this proves to be successful please contact us directly. Kind Regards
