You may also utilize these tips listed below.
• Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.
• Rinse aid greatly improves drying, reduces water spots, filming. With rinse aid the water will sheet off dishes rather than forming water droplets that cling and leave spots.
• Double check that your dishes are not touching. Fancy cookware can also keep dishes from drying properly. For example, dimples, indents or etching allows water to pool resulting in dishes remaining wet at the end of the cycle or preventing some areas from being washed properly.
• Dishwasher detergent is essential to getting the dishes clean. Using the wrong type or amount of detergent can leave the dishes dirty. Make sure to use only household grade automatic dishwasher detergent that is less than a year old.
• If you have hard water, a bit more detergent may be required to get the dishes clean. You can buy test strips to test whether your water is hard or soft, and then adjust your detergent levels accordingly.
