keeps clogging up

We have only had this dishwasher for 9 months and it has been having problems the last 2 months. It keeps getting an error code, E20 in think, that indicates the filter is getting clogged. Every time it happens, I clean the filter and restart the cycle. But it errors out again and again until I cancel the cycle and restart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello JDH433! Check and clean both filters and sump area and check for a pinched or blocked drain hose. If the drain line is attached to a disposer, check that the knockout plug has been removed. super quiet !!!

We had a 12 yr old unit that failed finally found this unit at the local appliance store got a great deal on it and was very happy w it's looks and function .... very quiet barely hear it running easy to use controls hidden on the top lip of the door keeps them from the little ones fingers and cleans our dishes great every time I would highly recommend this washer :-)

Had my new machine over a month. It is great and very easy to install. Buy the installation kit when you purchase the machine. Has everything you need plus extra!

Does not dry!

I am very unhappy with this product! It doesn't clean very well and it's horrible at drying!

Natalsd, thank you for taking the time to share your important views. I would recommend checking to make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? Over the last few years Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increases the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Rise Aid will also provide additional spot and film protection regardless of the detergent used and especially when used with the poorer performing P-Free products. Hope this helps!
